As a digital services company, WOSAG delivers software products, websites, applications, and digital solutions electronically. This policy outlines our delivery timelines, methods, and processes for all digital deliverables. There are no physical shipments involved.

1. Digital Delivery Overview

All our services are delivered digitally through secure electronic channels:

  • Website and web application files via secure FTP/Git repositories
  • Mobile applications via app stores (iOS App Store, Google Play Store)
  • SaaS products deployed on cloud infrastructure
  • Source code delivered through GitHub, GitLab, or similar platforms
  • Design files shared via cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox)
  • Documentation provided in PDF or online format

2. Service Delivery Timelines

Website Development

  • Simple Business Website (5-10 pages): 2-4 weeks
  • Complex Website (Custom features): 6-12 weeks
  • E-commerce Website: 8-16 weeks
  • Enterprise Portal: 12-24 weeks

4. Delivery Methods & Channels

5. Factors Affecting Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may be extended due to:

  • Client Feedback Delays: Delayed approvals or feedback can extend timelines
  • Scope Changes: Additional features or modifications require timeline adjustments
  • Content Availability: Missing or delayed content, images, or copy
  • Third-party Dependencies: Delays in third-party API access or integrations
  • Technical Complexities: Unforeseen technical challenges
  • App Store Reviews: App store approval processes beyond our control
  • Hosting Setup: Client-side hosting or domain configuration delays

We proactively communicate any potential delays and work to minimize their impact.

6. Expedited Delivery

Need your project faster? We offer expedited delivery options:

  • Rush Delivery (30% faster): Additional 25% project cost
  • Super Rush (50% faster): Additional 50% project cost
  • Emergency Support: Same-day/next-day fixes (hourly rate applies)

7. Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

To ensure on-time delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all required content, images, and materials within agreed timelines
  • Respond to review requests and provide feedback within 3-5 business days
  • Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
  • Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, and hosting
  • Assign a dedicated point of contact for project communication
  • Make final decisions on design and feature approvals promptly

8. Post-Delivery Support

After project delivery, we provide:

  • Warranty Period: 90 days of free bug fixes and technical support
  • Training: 2-4 hours of training on using and managing your solution
  • Documentation: Complete technical and user documentation
  • Deployment Support: Assistance with launch and initial configuration
  • Handover Meeting: Detailed walkthrough of all deliverables
  • Ongoing Support Plans: Optional monthly maintenance packages available

9. Delivery Confirmation & Acceptance

The delivery process is complete when:

  • All agreed deliverables are transferred to the client
  • Client completes User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Project sign-off document is signed by both parties
  • Final payment is received (if applicable)
  • Source code and documentation are handed over
  • Domain and hosting access transferred (if applicable)

Clients have 7 days from delivery to report any issues not covered during UAT.

10. Hosting & Domain Delivery

For website and web application projects:

  • WOSAG Hosting: Instant deployment to our managed servers
  • Client Hosting: Files delivered via FTP/Git within 24 hours of completion
  • Domain Setup: DNS configuration and SSL installation included
  • Migration Services: Smooth transition from old to new website
  • Backup Delivery: Complete backup provided for safekeeping

11. Intellectual Property Transfer

Ownership of digital products transfers as follows:

  • Custom code and design work: Full ownership transfers to client upon final payment
  • Third-party components: Licensed as per original license terms
  • Open-source software: Subject to respective open-source licenses
  • WOSAG retains rights to showcase project in portfolio (unless NDA prohibits)
  • Source code delivered with all comments and documentation
